The Brass Ensemble will perform for us during both

morning services today. The Sanctuary Choir will sing “Hallelujah, He Is Risen” ” prior to today’s message by Pastor Bill.

MEN NEEDED: We are in need of men volunteers to serve in a

SECURITY capacity in our preschool building on Sunday mornings,

Sunday nights, and Wednesday nights.  Please call the church office to make your availability known.

 

HOUSE OF CARE is in need of  Pots and Pans, Hand, Bath and Wash Towels, All Sizes of Bed Sheets, Sugar, Cornmeal, Flour, Grits and Cereals, and Canned Goods.

 

SUNDAY SCHOOL LEADERSHIP MEETING: Our quarterly meeting will be held on Sunday, April 22, at 4:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall.  We need all teachers, directors, secretaries, care group leaders, general officers, etc. to attend.  This is for all workers in preschool through senior adults.

 

MONTHLY NEWSLETTER :  We are still receiving nominations for what we will call our monthly newsletter.  You can pick up a sheet to

include your names in the vestibule or church office.  We will accept

nominations through Sunday, April 22.  Please turn in at church office or

in offering plate.

 

 

 

 

 

1:12  STUDENT MINISTRY:   SALVATION: A GENERATION ON FIRE  will be occurring right here at our church in our Fellowship Hall this Saturday, April 14, from 7:00—10:00 p.m.  This is a youth rally for all of Thomaston and Upson County. Talk this event up and invite all your friends. ANTI-PROM PARTY April 21@ The Well. 

 

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL: The theme for our 2007 VBS is GAME DAY

CENTRAL: WHERE HEROES ARE MADE.  This year’s VBS will be June 4-8.  This is going to be an action packed week as our children learn how to play on a team together,  getting in the game, and taking their game to the next level.    We need adult volunteers to serve in various capacities.  Please  take special note to this weeks worship guide insert.
