Babies Sunday School Class at FBC

YOUR CHILD IS INVITED TO THE BABIES SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS

The journey into Preschool Promise Land at First Baptist begins in our infant class. Newborns through age 8 months are greeted and cared for each week by teachers Ann Fletcher and Joanie Matthews. Our church also employs two workers for our classroom. The workers stay for Sunday School and worship services.
Parents can be assured their infants are well cared for each week. Our bright, modern room features new cribs, swings, and age-appropriate toys. A mini-kitchen has a refrigerator, sink, and a microwave oven for warming bottles and food. If you are unsure about how your baby will be during church services, ask a worker for a pager. If your baby is unhappy or needs you, we’ll be glad to page you during the Sunday School or worship services. Our goal is to provide a loving, caring environment for your infant.
Mrs. Ann Fletcher has a true love for newborns. She has served in this class for over 40 years. Mrs. Joanie Matthews also has many years of experience in our infant and preschool classes. She is currently employed as a teacher of 3 year olds pre-school students at the Flint River Academy in Woodbury.
You can find our class by coming into the Green Street entrance of Building C, our new multi-purpose building. After you come into the lobby, take the elevator or steps down to level 1. We are the last classroom on the left side of the hallway. We have an easy to see sign.
