Young Adult Singles 1 Sunday School Class at FBC

YOU ARE INVITED TO THE YOUNG ADULT SINGLES I SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS
The Young Adult Singles I Sunday School Class provides a time of fellowship and Bible study for young adult singles age 19 through early 20's . The class studies how to apply the Bible to real life issues as we try to answer important questions in our lives. Since many of our class members cannot attend regularly, an e-mail ministry is being developed to strengthen the contact between our church and the students.
Many are college students from our church attend out-of-town schools; they are not able to attend every Sunday. However, the class is always there for them when they have a weekend at home or are out of school for holidays and vacations. The nucleus of the class is formed by those who live in Thomaston. Social events are often planned when a number of students will be a home from school.
Frances Trice, a kindergarten teacher and mother of three former college students, helps to guide this class. She has been a member of First Baptist Church for 44 years and has taught several different classes in the children’s departments for about 15 years. Frances is the wife of Edward Trice, Jr. who teaches the Samaritan Class, a class for adult men.
You can find our class by coming into Building A (the main educational building) through the Lee Street entrance. Our room is located at the far end of the main hall on the first floor, on the right, just past the restrooms. We have a sign by the door.
